Both times I brought my car in I was given a Pacifica as a loaner. Did you make an appointment before you brought it in? If so, there should be no reason why they need to keep it overnight. I have learned to not waste my time b$#ching to the sales staff. I go directly to the owner. It seems to get things done a lot faster.

Yes, that certainly sucks. Just another reason Chrysler is taking it on the chin. FYI, free loaners are not part of the '06 and later warrantys. If you had an '05 and were still under the original warranty, the loaner is automatic. The better Chrysler dealers will give them to you regardless.

Heck I get a car when I leave my car for an oil change that came with my extended warranty.

This is the reason I travel to Elkin,NC to buy my car because of these type of delaerships. I didnt buy the car from this dealer and i also didnt purchase extended warranty seems like that could be the reason after hearing the reply's.

I can almost guaranteed if i had serviced at the purchased dealer they would take care of me. This just pisses me off sometimes makes me feel i shouldve bought a lexus because of the service. Dont get me wrong i love my srt8!

I know if they give me shet on the brakes I will be talking to owner or service manager.

Just venting, thanks for listening

Sorry to hear of your unfortunate dealership encounter. I believe the 2005’s were the last that were entitled to the rental car while in for service.

I know I have an exceptional dealership who offered me a rental when they were unable to get my tires changed due to a mechanic falling ill. He didn’t want me driving on the unsafe tires and insisted I take a rental. Now that is how they should ALL be.
