Are our wheels clearcoated?

Just wondering if I can use aluminum polish on them or not.

Yup, they are and polish will do nothing (best case) or cloud/remove the clear-coat (worst case).

Use a mild cleaner/car wash to get the dreaded duat off and wax them to make cleaning easier. Follow up with some Posi-quiet pads from Dr. Z (a forum sponsor) and call it a day!
