2008 SRT Tire/Rim Road Hazard Tire Protection Plan in CA.?

I have a 2008 300C SRT with the Chrysler Maximum Care plan. I have been told by my dealer that the Chrysler tire/rim road hazard protection plan is not available in California. Does anyone have this plan in California on their SRT. If so what is the plan number? I am not interested in aftermarket plans, only the Chrysler plan. Thanks and best regards, Bob.

Your dealer is correct the Road Hazard Plan that covers tires and wheels is not available in the state of California.

There is a solution, however. Ask your dealer to sell you a Customer Convenience Upgrade Plan - Plan Code MCCxxxN. (Where xxx is the years/miles)

If the dealer doesn't give you a fair price, request a quote from the FleetPlans.com website. The plans are available in terms ranging from 2/24 to 4/60.

And yes, the plan is available in California because you have an existing Maximum Care Plan. (The issue is CA treats Road Hazard as Insurance and Chrysler Service Contracts is not licensed to sell Insurance. If it's an upgrade to an existing plan, however, that's OK)
