Eric, I did pick up a set, but after inspecting my stock pads a little closer it looks like I can wait another year to throw them on. The only concern I have is that the Bendix rears do not come with wear indicators. I'll update you when I decide to swap them out.

Did they say Jurid on them? Do they appear to be the OEM pads? Thanks,

Eric

Eric, the pads are blank. The boxes are Bendix. Jurid is simply the supplier Brembo used for the OEM specs. Jurid is Bendix Europe, and Brembo and Bendix engineering confirmed this. Bendix stated that their replacement pads are of the same friction material and are OEM replacements.

The one hitch is that there are no metal tab wear indicators on the rears. I don't know if there is an internal one or not.

Just tried to order, they are out of fronts.

I don't know the status of my current pads, but they have to be getting down there...I may try the rears here just because they are so cheap.

Houston, we have a problem! I ordered fronts and rears from Advanced Auto Parts matching the numbers given in post #1. Put the rears on with no problem. The pads were exactly the same size, but I neglected to notice if they had wear bars and I already put the tires back on.

The problem came when I took the fronts off. The pads are clearly not the same. Even the hole pattern is different so there's no way these will go on. I'm holding the box right here and it definitely says MKD1149. I could swear when I went into the store the computer said these were the correct part for the SRT-8. The lady looked up my car and then showed me the part numbers for Bendix and they matched post #1. These ones have wear bars, but I guess it doesn't really matter if they don't fit!

Update: my brother says the pads we put on the rear did NOT have the wear bar.

I just searched partsamerica.com and every brand of front pads has 1149 in the part number. I'm not sure what to make of this. The box looks brand new and it came with several parts including grease, four new pins, and cotter pins. Maybe someone swapped the pads.

I ordered the rears and they came in one day! I have not put them on the car yet.

The fronts were out on that website so I do not have a set to check out or try and install.

Has anyone else ordered fronts and tried to install them?
