I agree with stealthsrt8, go get some pads and rotors from DaveZ. Most of us here are using them. As for labour, forgetaboutit and do it yourself -

Can't remember who it was, but someone here had their 15 year old daughter do them. That's how easy it is.
You'll notice your rear brakes will wear out sooner than the fronts. That's a first for me. That's due to the brake lock differential and ESP applying the brakes. I turn mine off as much as possible as a routine in the city.
