Rolling Radius or Wider Tires with a Shorter Sidewall

Gents/Ladies,

Curious if I go up to a 275/40/20 on a stock SRT8 wheel, will I need a predator or something else to make sure my mileage is correct at speed?

I understand aspect ratios, but just wanted to know if the stock 245/45/20 RS-A's will have a nearly identical sidewall height and diameter as a 275/40/20 by another company....
