Can't recommend 'em! Most around here would recommend Toyo Proxes 4 (I just got my first two - the next two to follow in the spring). I found the RSAs to be so-so on dry pavement and poor in wet conditions. I made it through two mild winters with them and 26k miles... but they now are gone and I'm glad to be rid of them.
There are a large variety of threads here and on other forums regarding good tires, depending on what you're driving intent is... but for a good performance all-season, directional radial... based on the majority of info available to me... Toyos were my selection.
I see you posted in Cbutler's thread, so there's lots of good info on some of the other alternatives there also.

but now there's the Heritage Edition and a Magnum SRT8!
Where do you live? If you don't need dedicated winter tires, I'd second the recommendation for Toyo Proxes 4s. They have good fitments for our wheels in 245, 255, and 275. All have been used by members of this forum with no problems whatsoever (some might be nervous about putting on 275s when Chrysler specifies 245s, but there has been no rubbing or other issues), and the tire is universally acclaimed to have ten thousand times better grip than the RSAs in all conditions, but especially on wet pavement, and to last significantly longer. A few people have reported slightly more road noise on certain surfaces at certain speeds, and a few have reported that the Proxes 4s are even better than the F1 Supercars, which is pretty impressive for an all season tire. In any case, take it from about 90% of the members of this forum. You can't go wrong with the Toyos; you will be impressed.

Dream upgrade package (not ones I already have!!):
Toyos are okay on streets that are regularly maintained in the winter. I was much happier with the toyos on reltatively clean and dry winter pavement than I am with the blizzaks in the same conditions...but the toyos are kinda weak on packed snow, not to mention ice. What kind of surface do you see more of in Chicago winters? I'm in rural Wisconsin now, so I pretty much have to run scorpions (or blizzak, but I got the pirellis) this winter...but in more civilised or less snowy places, you could get through on the toyos just fine. It's a judgment call...
