Superchips Moday Update

Alright, since I have finally gotten some time. Things are going really well, found the WDBLIC issue and have that fixed. Have the 06 issue fixed. We have the surge issue under control.

Also found the tire sizing issue, but I have not gotten a fix for that. I just got time to run the tuner through QA and we caught the issue about half an hour ago. I am going to have to work on that one early in the morning.

Still should be able to release tommorrow, but may have to push till Wednesday depending on how bad the tire issue is.

Great stuff, Derek.

I had the Starscan on the car all Saturday afternoon after the flashpaq went in. We were getting fairly bad surging under 2000 rpm - it seemed like it was too lean or the timing was too advanced. We kept reading the CO2 sensors for variance but they were fine. We weren't happy with the throttle calibration at all. torque management was great; enjoyed the higher shift points and my SOTP Meter said the car went like stink. the surge really hampered drivability, though.

Today I got an e-mail from Chris at SC that fixed my site log-in issue. Lo and behold, I got an update. Put it in this pm and the drive home was very smooth - still a hint of surge at some points but hardly noticeable. I was running 94 octane.

Can't wait for more tunes.

You guys are definitely at the top of the Hit Parade.

I had two updates also. I was getting the WDBLIC issue. I didn't get it with this build. I still didn't see a 5 on the tranny, even though I thought I installed the correct shifter program. I left it programmed, and will see how
she does on my commute tomorrow. When I have more time, I will try some other adjustments. For now, I did 87 tune, torque management and paddle hold gear.
