I turned mine up one. But you need the black knob to do it. Call the shop.

They showed me how to adjust the front... By turning yours up one, do you mean stiffer?

I dropped the rear of my 3SRT8 approximately 20 mm and the front around 30 mm. And I have the rear dampening turned one full turn and the front two full turns.

Definitely tighter and smoother, yet not at all overly harsh or firm.

When you say you have the dampening turned one full turn, do you mean that you started at the negative and turned one full turn to the positive?

I will be getting my alignment done on Wed and I will also start adjusting the front starting all the way negative at one full turn a day......

Will post in a couple days w/ my results.....

Here is a link to the KW install instructions, with some recommendations.
Hope this helps. After they are installed, you can apparently adjust one wheel at a time on a tire jack. No need to put it on a ramp.

Right beneath the trunk liner "humps" on each side of the trunk. To access the dampening knob, fold the rear seats down, pull the plastic push pin that holds the trunk liner on each side, pull the liner back and reach in to adjust the knob.
