KWs purchased and installed

Here is my write up and honest opinion on the KW Variant 2:

I purchased the KWs yesterday from John Hennessey (thanks for the great deal) and had them installed last night by the same shop that installed my eibach pro-kit. These coilovers have been highly anticipated my myself and I could not wait to get these suckers on!....I have to be completely honest with everybody and tell you that I was slightly disappointed

In my opinion, there is not a HUGE difference from the eibachs!!! But, with that being said, my C is an inch lower in the front and back without loosing any ride quality from the eibachs, so that's impressive. Also, it seems like the tires grip the road better.

After listening to all of the praise from everyone else, this leads me to believe one or more of the following:
1) I'm too picky.
2) I need to play w/ the dampening (I have it in the middle up front and honestly don't know what its at in the back).
3) I need the hotchkis/eibach swaybars.

Anyway, feel free to comment.

How much did you pay for the install? I have been getting quotes of around 3 hours at $90 - $270. 1 hour on the rear, 2 hours on the front.

Anyone doing a suspension upgrade needs to get a good alignment done after putting your suspension on. I will post my recommended alignment specs later on.

No no no. Don't tell me that! I ordered mine yesterday. My car is stock, NO mods and this will be my first. I will comment that when you get close to the best, major improvements are hard to realize. My guess would be the need to experiment with the different settings to find what is best with the eibachs. If i'm not mistaken fatchance has the KW coilovers and eibachs. I have a jack and jackstands and am prepared to spend a few days experimenting if necessary but hope the instructions come with a recommended starting setting. Do they?

I think if you adjust the damping you will be good. That's what make s these so nice remember I said form the get go, it will take some time to tune in the system.

Thanks for the review. I'm also concerned that the KW II may not be that far off from the already good ride of the SRT.

Hmmmm
