This bushing is relatively soft, and is desgined to gide the bumps big time. There is a very large amount of movement it will do. Notice all the voids in it, which is designed for major movement. The issue with this bush has to do when everyone upgrades srpings and shocks, this bushing now really gest stressed. Also keep in mind this is the same bush for a SRT8 and a 6 cyl engry level 6 cylinder. We have seen them tear and create significant knocking noises.

Pedders has made a replacememnt bushing for them and it works great. However, we have found there are multiple suppliers of the lower control arm, and the specs for the opening to the control arm vary. So we have had to redesign the bushing for the larger hole, and we have successfuly test fitted them Now just waiting the from to show up from down under.

this is a perfect bushing that adds to the non compliance potentials of the 42 bushings that we replace in the LX.
