Well my friend and I just lowered my 300 we did the front yesterday but ran outta time before we could get the back finished. I dropped it 2 in with the eibach sportsline springs. I took it for a test drive and man not only does it look better but it handles sooooooo freakin much better!! I cant believe the difference it seemed like we were hugging the road. It was sweet! Overall not that hard to do hardest part was lining up all the holes for the bolts. The back was pretty easy to take apart but we had a little (a lot) trouble with getting them holes lined up. But I am glad we did it!! Overall the 300 suspension is a pretty simple set up. I will put up some pics once my new camera arrives or if I borrow someone else's camera. It just looks sick. Gotta let the back settle down some there is a little rake now not that much but it looks sweet! I LOVE IT!!!

I think if I were to lower my ride I would definitely invest in a front camera to assist with those low park areas….......do you think you’ll have any trouble? Look forward to seeing some pics of your lowered ride.

no I mean its lowered but its not slammed to the ground I have speed bumps in my townhouse community and go over those very easily. I also went to parking lot that had speed bumps and I diidnt bottom out or hit anything so there souldnt be any clearence issues.

When we did mine the guy helping me was a former auto tech and had a whole set of specially narrowed, tapered and pointed rods that are specifically used for lining up the holes so the bolts will go back in easier. I could imagine the problems you must have run into with them holes since, "I was there", so to speak.
Also very interested in your drop height since my Hotchkis setup only took Maxie down an inch in the front and maybe 1/2" to 3/4" in the back, yet once in awhile going over a speed bump a little too quickly (anything faster than a crawl, actually) I can bottom out slightly, yet I have an all-stock exhaust except far in back where the resonators were removed.

When they are in the air and trying to allign one I-beam with another I-beam. They insert the rod to line up all the bolt holes and it also keeps the I-beam, that is still attached to the crane, from swinging around

Anyway nice move, can't wait to see the pics!

yeah those tools whould have helped most definatley. We were using crow bars and we would get it to go one way but then we needed to go another way and it really was a pain in the ass, but all the trouble going through it was worth it. Funny though we looked at the back and said damn this is going to take 10 mins, yeah it took 3+ hrs but well worth it not just for the look of the lowered car but from the expierence cause neither of us every lowered a car before. I have lowered trucks but those are completely different.
