suspension question

okay...this is the first time working on the 300s suspension, and im trying to install a set of lowering springs...how do you get the strut out? is there a howto for this or any haynes/chiltons for this car?

im just wondering if you have to drop the lower control arm or not to get the strut out? and if so, how did you pop the lower ball joint out...this one doesnt seem like it wants to come out...did you guys take the snap ring out from the bottom of the control arm?

thanks for the help!

get a spring compressor and compress the spring as much as u can while on the car, then unbolt the strut from top and bottom, then get a buddy to stand on the lugs to full extend the suspension down, and you can pull the compressed strut out, no need to unbolt any arms
