KW problem or not?

There is 3/4" more thread showing on my front left(driver side) shock than the right side. To keep the car level, I have to tighten up the height adjuster so 1.75" is showing on the left, while only 1.0" is showing on the right.
The first two pics are the left side, the second two pics the right side.
The pic of the left shock is actually an older pic, and the distance has since be raised even further, to 1.75".

Anyone else have such a big difference?

My front is exactly 1.0" lower than stock in the front.
With 255/45 tires, I am measuring 29.5" from bottom of fender to ground.
From bottom of fender to center of hub I am measuring 16 1/8 inch.

I am currently talking to KW Suspension tech support and the tech guy says the tolerance should not be that big, but he is still researching the issue.
We will be talking more next week. The car handles OK and doesn't feel out of balance, except for a strong right pull/lead which I believe is a caster alignment issue.

I definitly do not have that large of a difference.

I made mine the same height on each side and both side are within a 1/8" of each other. I would be concerned as well.

1/8" is what the KW tech guy said he thought it should be. So I completed a KW tech sheet and sent it to him last week and my case is being reviewed by some higher-ups.

I keep studying the pics and have measured everything but can't see anything wrong with the install. Here are pics of the adjuster bolts. Nothing looks wrong here, as far as I can tell.

I have the KW V2 on my AWD.
Are you getting any noise over bumps. It may not have seated properly.
I had the same problem with my rears until I re torqued them.

No strange noises. Car handles fine, except for the right pull. If there was a problem with the install I think it would visibly show up where the bold/damper adjuster protrudes into the engine bay - the last 2 pics I posted.

I have also measured the springs, and gaps between the coils, and both sides are identical.
I talked to KW again today and they are stumped. They say the only thing that could cause this would be a failing spring. But when springs fail, they totally fail, not the kind of problem I am having. Since KW doesn't have an authorized dealer/installer in Northern Calif they want me to drive to their facility, near Fresno. About a 3 hour drive. I don't have the time for that right now.
Tomorrow I am getting another alignment and will have them check the install. Hopefully they find something.
