The problem is, when i'm turning left, while driving, i get a "POP-POP...RATTLE-RATTLE" seemingly from the front passenger side...When i'm sitting still, and turn the wheel right to left and left to right i get 3 "POP"...I've gone back through the entire install and made sure everything is tight as a frogs ass... still getting the noise...any help would be greatly appreciated. At this point i'm
Thanks fellas for any feed back.

Are your upper damper adjusters protruding into the engine bay the same amount/distance? The shop that installed my KW's didn't install the front passenger side KW correctly, which was evident by these bolts. When driving, I got a lot of rattling noises from the right side. I have some other issues with my KW's, but these pics are after they fix my rattling. I believe this is how yours should look.

Yeah, they look pretty close to that....That is one nut i didn't re-check after i was having the noise...I need an offset 19mm and an 8mm to try and retorque...I had a buddy press down on the strut tower plate, while I held back up on the strut shaft with a towel and channel locks, and another buddy impact the nut down...It should be tight...I'll check.
Thanks!

Call KW at 1-559-875-0222 and talk to their tech support guys.
If they can't solve the problem they will likely ask you to take your car to a KW dealer. See this link. http://www.kw-suspension.com/en/60_D..._USA/index.php
If you are lucky to live near a KW dealer you should be able to get them to help.

There are no KW dealers in Northern Ca, so my only alternative is to drive to KW's main office near Fresno CA, about a 2.5 hour drive.

Joey,

Sorry to hear of your troubles. I'm seriously considering the same suspension and didn't know there was even a dealer in Fresno. I know it's not all that close for you yet this type of driving is very common for us Central Valley folks since nothing is ever close to us. Should you decide to come to Fresno, just let me know if you need any information. Hope things work out, though.

Appreciate the offer of help. KW's North America headquarters is in Sanger CA, which is near Fresno. I just need to make sure my drive down there is not a waste of time. Per Google, it is 189 miles from home.

Did you check the sway bar bolt as well. It will also make noise if it is not tight. Also depending on the impacter it may not be tight enough on the bottom bolt. The hole in the shock it slightly larger ten the the bolt and unless it tight -tight it will also make a noise everytime you hit a bump. I had the same problem. Tighten them up and the noise went away.

Yeah, I have triple checked and retorqued it all, upper a-arm bolt, lower shock bolt, sway bar bolt, strut tower bracket bolts, strut shaft bolt....the only thing that i think could possible be tighter is the strut tower bracket bolts....If I try to tighten them more than they are the stud spins, and there isn't any way to hold back up...they are in the rubber grommet...I did get 100 ft/lbs on them with my impact before they began spinning....

I spoke with a Tech at KW...he really couldn't be any help (not his fault, he tried)...He suggested I uninstall it all and check the strut for internal damage, and report back to him for future customers, and if i needed a replacement.

Thanks fellas for responding...I'll post final results.
