Maybe the first eibachs that came out for the 300's were crap and they have greatly improved thier product?. My neighbor has the pro kit with 22's and I have the sportsline with 20's and neither of us has had a problem with them. I mean I have never bottomed out or anything. It did take about 2 weeks for the back to settle down. Heck I had 5 people in my car last week and the 3 that were in the back were saying how nice the ride was!!

KW's can be gotten in the low $1400. Installation can vary a lot. 4 hours for the install is probably realistic. Or $360 at a $90 shop rate.

But then things get a little squirrelly after the initial install. First, the height may not be quite right immediately after the install. You need to make sure the shop is ready to rework the install to get the height correct on all four corners without extra charge.

Then there is the question when to align the car. It will take about 30 days for the car's spring to settle, about 1/4" to 1/2". Any alignments in the first 30 days will probably have to be redone. Alignments can run around $70 for 18" wheels, and maybe $20 more for 20" and above wheels.

The other issue is the car height will also likely get out of whack as the car settles over the first 30 days. Each wheel will settle differently. After 30 days one wheel/spring might settle 1/4" and another 3/8 or 1/2". So you have decide if you want to readjust the height. The fronts are easy to do yourself. The rears are tough and may require a return to the shop who did the install. If you readjust the height, you will likely need another alignment.

With all that sweet stereo stuff in the back, where are you going to cram the compressors and tank?

Any idea on the install price for bags?

Compressors and tank usually goes down into the spare tire well.

Average install w/out digital gauges is usually around $1000.
