Did you know? 300c AWD vibration @ 60MPH NORMAL

Did you know that, according to my dealer, the vibration problem that my car is having at 100KM/h (60MPH) is normal and that someone from Chrysler Canada from Windsor tried my car and said its normal. WOW. My tires are work the wrong way and thats what I think is causing the vibration and I think the service manager doesn't want to fork the money for 4 new tires and a alignment... Can I sue these *******s. The dealer is Des Sources Dodge Chrysler in Montreal, Canada. BTW, today was the SIXTH, yes SIXTH time I took it into the dealership for the EXACT same problem. I think I'm gonna shoot someone over there! The car has 8000KM on it and I had the problem since day 1...

I'm gonna try another one near my new house. Hopefully, it will work out, but never again at those guys. I don't understand what could cause the vibration...

Not on my car! It sounds like your dealer is yanking you! With four properly balanced wheels you should be smooth from 0-160 mph.

Oh ya, my partner went to speak with them and the service manager (that old fart) said that I have HIGH PERFORMANCE TIRES on my car andits normal for them to vibrate. Then my partner pointed out to him that he has a audi A$ quattro with michelin pilot's and that his doesn't vibrate...

dont believe a word those bastard tell u.. they are scumbags ... of course its not normal for the car to vibrate... instead of suing them it would be easier to find another dealership

mtl300 , i had bad vibrations earlier on with the conti tires (garbage) and now run on goodyear assurance .Vibration has gone ever since . However for whatever reason when it comes to rotating tires , I get my tires rebalanced because I 've found them to be a bit off !
cheers

I also noticed when I first bought the car it had HUGE ass weights on the rims. I was wondering if the wheels were screwed up or because maybe the tires were ****ed up and threw the balance machine off. When I picked up my car, the ol' fart had gone home. But I will go by tomorrow morning and tell him a few words. Funny thing is, I have sent like 6 or 7 friends/family members to my friend that works there and he has sold them cars. I told him I wouldn't be sending them there anymore because I didn't want to support the dumbasses that hired that old ****in fart that says he's the service manager...

I had vibrations as well on a RWD C with the pissy Contis, all gone with the GY ComforTreads. FYI, once the balance is good there is no need to re balance, it only screws things up. I rotate and ONLY re balance if there is vibration. I have had several "free balances" only to have my smoothe riding car vibrate to hell after the balance and then countless re balances to sort out the balance over several weeks. I learned, once the balance is good, don't touch it.
