They used my car for a week.
I never got a chance to ride in the car with the suspension on.

WOW!!! I can't beleive they didn't give a free set for letting them use your car. Now that is crap customer service.

They only had one set at the time. They wanted to test this one set on all the LX cars before they went forward with my car.

Also they are giving me a free set up for my car. So as for customer service they are very good. As to producing things quickly... that is a different story but I am ok with that.
