Question about rubbing with alot of weight in car

I'm getting a 300c soon and was wondering, if I get 24's and shave the bolt and everything without lowering it, if i have say 600-1000 lbs in the car(
Sometimes I have to take large heavy boxes to the ups store), will it make it rub?


Also if I get 22's and have that amount of weight in the car with a lowering kit on it, will that rub?
