KWv1 info..?

Well since my front struts witht the eibach springs are blown out, I am in need of something. I don't even know how the car is supposed to feel, since it had the lowering springs on when I bought it. I thought about going cheap with the pro dampen struts/shocks, but I figure I might as well go for coilovers for height adjustability. My question is what is the ride like with the KWv1's. I won't be ajusting the ride for different driving conditions, but height might be a big plus if I decide later to go back to 22's. I would like someone that uses KWv1's to give overall feeling with the KWv1's compared to stock feel. I hear the stock ride is nice, which I wouldn't know since mines been modded. I also hear the stock ride has some float, so a little firmer would be good too. I am trying to justify paying a extra $600 for the v2. I found some Eibach coilovers which I hear are v1, shipped for $1,000, so want to hear from v1 owners. I am worried now I will bottom out the suspension in the front and damage something. I have already went over a speed bump slow(really slow) and bent the brace under the car in the driveshaft tunnel. So, I may drop it a little less than it is now. I want to be able to drive the car and not worry around every bump.
