BTW, Joe Q, the spacers are like metal doughnuts placed on the front struts. The smaller one is about 1/4" thick and the thicker one is about 1/2" thick. Together they are about 3/4" thick. Sounds like a lot but look at the pics and judge for yourself. It really does ride better IMO.

Do know what you rim offset is?
This info would help others that are contemplating lowering their cars. Our cars offset is supposed to be in the 15-22 range. I am guessing your offset is in the higher range and may be the reason for the rubbing.

Here is a pic of some spacers. Don't know who posted them or where I got it.

I believe my offset is 18 but since installing both spacers there has been no more rubbing.
