I dont have the specs, but I rememeber reading somewhere that the Charger is a bit more balanced weight distribution-wise FR/RR than the 300C. (Just a hunch: 52/48 vs 51/49 for the Charger?)

The 300C being ass-lite wouldnt be a great business decision to do the initial package so they chose the Charger, they will market the Charger and when that brings in the $$$ then they will set up the 300C.

Hope all is well

I recently installed hotchkis anti-sways & KW V2's with poly bushings

MAN...what a difference in this car, it handles completely differently, a MUCH more improved product. Almost zero body roll in heavy turn in cornering, yet still maintains 85% of its "soft feeling" ride.

I lowered the car another 1/1/4 inches from stock SRT height, so camber is light in the rear. The car not only looks fabulous, but has become a far more formidable performance option on the road.

It really makes me wonder about the true quality of the suspension upgrades given to the SRT vehicles? In the end, i walk away feeling the performance upgrades on the SRT's are just weak, and cheap, attempts at an "cost effective" upgrade, that never worked properly.

Anyway, that's this noobs take...

Noid: Will they make a system for the SRT8's?

I will give them a call today and make sure about the SRT8's. If I remember from the last time I talked to them. They said yes for the Charger and Magnum but about 3 months off on the 300's.

I'll update this later today with the info.

I believe Noid is doing the install this weekend and that pics should be up sooner than later...right, Noid??

I'm getting excited about this purchase as soon as the kit is available. For once, I hope you (Birdman) finally have to wait longer than me for something new!

bruno

Yes the install is happening this Saturday and I will be taking pictures of the install. The motors are pretty small and the controller is very small. I LOVE THIS SET UP!!!

That's great to hear and I bet it drives great but that has nothing to do with a Tein setup...

Me, too! I can't wait to see the pics and hear your remarks about the finished performance. Plus, I'm itching for that promised spin on Friday.

HeHateMe,
No harm done! There are probably hundreds of posts in a variety of forum threads praising the positive virtues of your exact set-up with the KW v.2 and Hotchkiss sways. It's just that TEIN (quality product) has something new for the LXs that many of us would find unique and tempting, such as Lucky Noid (and me!). To have some suspension adjustments available at your fingertips would be a plus for those of us not interested air bags.

I can't wait to see if they are making a kit for the SRT's. My KW's go on the Bee next week. Hopefully they will have something for the SRT's by the time we get around to working on the wagon, after SF.
