Chocodiles are essentially chocolote covered twinkies!! Only found out West apparently. We did find them in AZ on our way back from SF. Freakin' to die for! Watch out though, I blame them (chocodiles) for an additional 5 pounds I gained at SF. Or was it the numerous trips to In N' Out on our way home? or was it b/c I ate burgers for every meal except three? O well. Chocodiles rock!
T,
Interesting you should ask as I have also been patiently waiting. I received news today from 1fastsedan that TEIN has a V.6, 5.7, and 6.1 for testing purposes. Unfortunately, TEIN is talking maybe late June/early July, something I didn’t want to hear. 1fastsedan should be getting a call in a few days to set the schedule. Apparently, TEIN is very busy through early June. If it wasn’t for the EDFC, I would already have the KW v.2.
Ultimate and T,
If you would like some Chocodiles, PM your mailing address and they will soon be on your way.

I just e-mailed Tein the other day and they asked me if I lived in the California area because they were looking for a test car (300C SRT-8). Unfortunately, I live on the opposite side of the country. Therefore, if anyone is willing to loan their 300C SRT-8 to Tein and lives near their California facility, I would suggest that you contact them ASAP since you will probably get a free EDFC coil-over set-up. The bad news is that it appears that this EDFC coil-over set-up will not be available for the 300C SRT-8's for a while since they are just now looking for a test car. So, for the better of man-kind would someone step up and give them your damn car! .
Bruno, apparently you did not read my post in its entirety. I blame the BOX of chocodiles I already ate on the 5+ pounds gained from SF. Quite possibly this is the only negative that occured during ALL of SF (for me anyways). hehe
Sorry to hear about the delay. Do you have a cutoff date in mind where you'll just bite the bullet and go w/ KW or are you going to stick it out w/ Tein no matter what?

You didn't read Bruno's post????
1fastsedan is going to take his car along with a 5.7 and a V6 really soon. They all ready have it set up.

Are you sure that Tein know's that it is already set-up or do they want more than one car. The reason that I am saying this is, that Tein just sent me the e-mail requesting a car this Wednesday, April 18th, 2007 after the e-mail that I sent to them on Monday April 16th, 2007 inquiring about the upcoming availability of the 300 SRT EDFC coil-over set-up. Oh well. I guess it is nothing but a waiting game at this point. KW is loving this "Hurry-up and wait" approach by TEIN. Once TEIN makes these EDFC coil-over's, how much longer for the R&D on the cardboard boxes that they will put them in??? I'll definetly give them my 7th grade social studies marbilized notebook (made of sturdy military grade cardboard) as a loaner only!

My best guess is you got an e-mail from a customer service rep in the front office who looked at a "to be R&D'd" list. I'm talking to the engineers who are actually going to do it, should have a firm date today or early next week. When I talked to them yesterday, they said May was booked, first two weeks of June were filling up fast...If you think you can get it done sooner, be my guest.

Post #17 to see the system being installed on a Charger...
Thanks for that link, MN! You Charger owners are very lucky to already have this kit available. Spiffywerks did a super job with his installation and pictures. Can't wait to hear how he likes the EDFC once it's installed and engaged.
