If by sway you mean body roll, as in the wheels are firmly planted but the rest of the car rocks back and forth - then yes a rear sway bar should help. If you're looking to do just the rear, there is a Mopar police package rear sway for $110. If you're looking to upgrade your front and add the rear, then you're talking Hotchkis around $350, Eibach around $325, or the new Mopar kit which I haven't seen a price for. Whichever part you choose, you will also need new end links for the rear as the V6 models don't come with rear sways from the factory.

My problem is too much vertical motion of the car up and down over the bumps on high speeds .. pro kit or sway bars or shocj absorbers should solve this problem ? My car is a 300C 2006 with only 11000 miles ...

You're talking about a shock/spring issue then. If you have >/= 50,000 miles on the car, I would replace the shocks. If its a new stock set-up you're not happy with, then you're looking at upgrades such as the SRT8 suspension or coil-overs like the Mopar kit, KWs, or Eibachs.

What make of tires are on the car? If they where the OEM Continentals, their sidewalls were too weak for the suspension on the 300.

Goodyear Comfort treads will improve the feel significantly.
