Too much vertical motion !!

My 300c is 2006 and only has 11000 miles . My complain is too much vertical motion up and down of the body over the bumps on high speed and even normal speeds .. how can i eliminate this feeling or reduce it to be more like German cars feeling without lowering the body of the car .. Do I need to change springs by pro kit ? change sway bar ? change shock absorbers ? I prefer minimal changes that will solve my problem .. thanks for the advice !

Hotchkis sway bars and KW VII's coil overs will solve the problem.
