SRT springs

i have a 300c and i want to lower it a little bit BUT i don't want to sacrifice the factory smooth ride of the standard c. i was thinking about going with a srt spring/strut combo. after hearing that the srt is a stiffer ride i started to 2nd guess that idea. now what if i kept the factory 300c struts but went with the srt springs. will this give me the subtle lowered stance and still maintain a near factory smooth ride?? and is it even possible to match up the srt springs with the 300c struts??

you can add the springs for a stiffer ride. It may lower a little but not more than .5 inch. Why not get the SRT8 dampers also?

or you can do what I did..........get the mopar lowering springs added to your existing stock C shocks.........it is stated to give you around 3/4" of drop.......

I have noted no worsening or stiffening of my ride characteristics, in fact it feels more responsive and tighter in the corners!!!

well I guess you can call it a tad more stiff.....but not like I was expecting........if anything, the springs got rid of the notorious boat float on the bumpies!!!!!!

It is not as aggressive as other kits of 1" to 1 1/2" drop........

But, at 3/4" drop it is more than the srt suspension of 1/2"..........but I dont bottom out if that was your concern.........

thats encouraging. i want a little style with the lower stance but i don't want to give up the ride quality. now i know there must be some give and take when it comes to suspension, i just want to give as little as possible

the srt struts/shocks are tuned slightly more aggressive than the standard 300c.

Guys, does MOPAR make a set of dampers to go along with those springs or is that just with the coilover setup?

...Ive only heard of the mopar coilover set.........

eibach is the only company I know of off hand that sells the dampeners alone.....to go alone with lowering springs

BTW, Ive heard that the mopar coil over set IS the KWV1 set.........
