300c springs/ shocks/ sway on a touring.

I was wondering if I would run into any problems putting the 300c suspension setup on my touring? this includes sways, shocks, and springs. I was wondering if my car would sit higher in the front than the back or something due to difference in the two engine weights. and would it be possible to have the springs cut or something to drop it simular to an eibach kit or something? and if so how far could I drop it? thanks.

yea...I think ill go witth the eibachs lol. if I wanted to waist 1200 on suspension right now id go ahead and just go get a srt8 lol. this suspension setup is only gonna be used till the end of the year and then ill be trading it in for srt8 or 7series bmw. thanks for all the info tho, I got the answers I was looking for.
