shocks worn out early?

for those of you that have had shocks go out due to premature wear from lowering springs, I ran across these on ebay:

eBay Motors: KYB GR-2 * FRONT * SHOCKS CHRYSLER 300 300C 05 - 06 (item 160119693609 end time May-31-07 1303 PDT)

dont know if thats a good deal or not, but sounds decent..............

Good find! I wonder if they're any good.

I'm planning on buying the pro-kit damper kit to go with my pro-kit once my stock shocks go out. If these are good, I may go with them.

I saw those a couple day ago and was wondering if anybody had experience with them too. Could be an interesting alternative...

I've got the Pro-Damper kit by Eibach on my ride because I researched in these forums and found out that stock shocks do wear out faster when the car is lowered due to the different goemetry of the suspension that the car wasn't really designed for with the lowering springs. Anyway, I can say that the Damper kit is a little stiffer that stock but compliments the Eibach springs I have nicely and as far as road handling ability, it doesn't bounce around the road over small bumps like it did with the stock shocks. It works for me and I like it!

Thanks for the info man. How much did you pay for them, and where did you get them? I wish I would have gotten them to begin with, it's gonna suck taking the suspension apart again. Oh well, it's too late now. Thanks again man!
