Watching the clock

Well fellas, I dropped my C off this morning for the bag installation. When I made the appointment last week, the guy said "8-10 hours", and when I showed up with 3 boxes of wires/hoses/fitting/etc. "might not be today" was what I got, ohwell. we will see. wish me luck!

Have you gone to check on the progress? Hang in there, it'll be done before you know it.

Yeah, just got back. it is now 11:24- they open at 8:00 not a screw has been twisted sence (sp) last night. they managed to get the front struts R&R'd.
Asked "how we doin today?"
ohhhh not so go, they have me working on other things.
"why use a schedule"
I dunno buddy
so I went to the owner ( good guy) and said hey man, I know it was a guess on the hours, but were you thinking,, 2 hrs today, 2more tomarrow, and etc, untill friday of next week?
Anyway, i think he understands me, he should, Ive done 4 drops and 3 lifts over there in 2 years. But the biggest problem for me is, 1- they are across the street, making it too easy to watch the progess and 2- I dont get to help!!!! oh and the sarcastc punchline.... If you guys can do it in 2 days with out a garage, I should think a garage could at least get your flat rate standards!!! But I have to remember, I have been waiting 13 years to do this, another day isnt going to kill me!!! believe me, I will let you know when the switch box is in my hand!

All in due time.

It'll be worth it in the end.
