handling problems after lowering 300C

Has anyone had tire grabing issues after suspension modification?

I have a 300C wagon with 22 inche wheels and the car has been lowered approx 55mm. On the open road the car pulls badly on uneven surfaces or ruts etc, is there a different wheel align setting that should be used to solve the problem? The wheel align has been done but I am not sure if it is correct?

It appears to be a little better when the ESP is turned off.

I look forward to any thoughts.

How long after you installed the springs did you get the alignment? You're supposed to wait about two weeks for the springs to settle before getting the alignment. If you do it sooner, when the springs settle, your alignment will be off.

Thanks for the reply!

I had the wheel align done after a week and a good long drive so I assumed the springs should have settled by the time the alignment was rechecked.

I was wondering if there was a different set up required that the normal wheel align guys might not know about.

It is an annoying problem and can be unsafe sometimes at higher speeds when the tires grab!

You might want to PM fnkychkn. He is a Chrysler tech and a font of knowledge. I suspect you may want to play with toe in and camber settings a bit.
