not to be an a$$ but do u knwo what air ride is, and what it does? What it replaces? the purpose of it? Anything about it?

Ill assume not. Air suspension replaces your spings and shocks with air bags that are hooked up to a compressor in your trunk that fills and deflates teh bags altering your ride height. So no, you dont need springs with air ride, there are no springs involved

bbmakmak... so do you think there is room to lower a bit? i just bought 22s for my 2007 300 base model. I havent put them on yet, but I'm wondering if I need to purchase a lowering kit also. I don't like having a gap in my wheel well.
By the way... what size tires are you running?

I use 265/35/22. I took them off though because I have friends are REALLY heavy like me so we become like 770 lbs with all of us and if I hit a bump I scrape.. so if you arent as heavy you can lower it without problems I bet. I have to " roll my fenders" or something like that to fix my problem.

Ya just throw them back on and roll your fenders! That should solve your problem. Is there much of a gap when just sitting with no one in the car though? Or does it look fine?
I am usually the only one riding in my car and I weigh 220.

I weigh 270 and yeah I drive alone most of the time but my family might want to use my car and fill it up and that makes the car really low with that weight or my friends who weigh around the same as me. I just hate that sound and that feeling in my chest when I rub with the wheels. Its like someones stabbing me in the heart I have to find a body shop though that can roll my fenders then I can probably throw them back on.

I just changed the rims and had it aligned and stuff. I did not play with the suspension at all.
