Suspension Cornering Improvments for 300C?

Hey gang,

I'm looking to improve the ride of my 300C.... which I freakin' love! When I take corners faster I see considerable body lean.... also I move around alot in my seat. I have the stock continental tires, which I have heard are not that great. When they go, I am ready to make some changes to the tires, and suspension. I think I prefer the ride of the 300C over the SRT, but at the same time I want to hug the road better.

Any suggestions? By the way, I ordered the Dashhawk from HHP, and ran a 0-60 time of 5.8 sec, with only a K&N drop in.... I also use mobile 1 synthetic, and am approaching 10K miles. Love this car! Never had so much fun driving....

To start with I changed the tires BFG G force KDWS 245/55/18 they are VR rated. Second I put on the eibach springs (1.6 drop) dampers and struts. Next when I get around to it will be the sway bars. As you can see I kept the stock 18's.

BF GR Tires

Did you have to change the wheels to accommodate the difference in tire size.... I realize you still have 18's.

How stiff is the ride? Thanks for the insight guys.

Depends on how much money you want to spend.

I first switched to 20" rims on 255/45/20 tires.
Total cost about $2500
This helped a lot in handling and ride and body lean.
The 255/45/20's are a little beefier than 245/45/20's, and probably flex and lean even more than 245/45/20's.
This site will help you figure out which tires are closest to stock.

I then put on Hotchkis sway bars about 2 weeks later but didn't really notice that much improvement in handling/leaning.
Total cost $340 for the bars, plus $265 labor to install.

Then I added KWv2's and the ride became perfect. The KW's lowered the car a little over an inch, which really helps reduce body lean.
Total cost $1,420 for the coilovers, plus $400 for installation and $110 alignment.

KW V2's from HHP were $1275.00 and the Hothchkis bars were about $350.00. I have Good Year Assurance tires that were new when I bought my car used. I'm on stock wheels and the car is still very comfortable. As long as I throttle out of the apex hard I can take 25mph turns at 70mph. My buddy with a last generation Supra was speechless about the handling. Same with my friend with a 2005 Carrera 4S.... though he'd take it at 100 in that thing. I disagree about the sway bars. Mine went on after the shocks and they reduced my body roll to almost none. 1.4" of lowering in the front and 1.25" in the back and she's right. Looks great but not inconvenient.

Where can i get these coil overs? I think the suspension is pretty horrible in my 2007 300. It's only the base model... do they have a kit for my car? If so, where can I find it?
I also have 22s with 265/35/22 tires so I'm wondering if it's even feasbale to drop my car like an inch.
