Steering rack, have you replaced it yourself?

Has anyone replaced the steering rack themselves, if so how was the job?

Ive worked on my BMW's over the past 10 years and could tackle any repair or mod no problem but I am new to the Chrysler world.

Just had the dealer replace it .... pissed at the cost .... not covered under warr.

Ya I was told it is a pain in the rear just find a good friend to do it for you.
