These two sites are the lowest I have seen.

$1,420
FULL THROTTLE SPEED - Store Front Page

$1,400
KW Coilover V2 Suspension Kit for RWD Chrysler 300c Dodge Charger 5.7L/6.1L 2005+

I don't think buying sways will help much. The SRT8 already has good sway bars.

I paid a shop $400 to install my coilovers. 4 hours x $100 per hour.

What are you all doing for camber correction in the rear when the ride height is dropped?

Nothing. The negative camber doesn't seem to be effecting the tire wear.
This thread has some good discussion.
Camber Kits

I have seen 300's with 3 passengers (1 driver, 3 passengers) and the car looks like it has dropped over 1 inch. I could see the negative camber with the car fully loaded. I think the car can handle a drop of around an inch without any significant tire wear.

The 300C has a quite aggressive camber curve, any lowering will increase camber substantially. When you add weight the camber increases so you have Camber Increase 1 from lowering and then Camber Increase 2 from load. The car will turn in well, but there will be inner shoulder tire wear. Additionally, this increased negative camber means reduced contact under hard acceleration on launch. The factory adjustment is minimal. So the answer is that there is NO currently available rear camber solution?

This camber kit is supposedly the solution.
Either the 66020 with 1.5 degree adjustment, or the 66080 with .75 adjustment.

One hassle I see is determining which one fits. They list 2 different sizes and the only way to know the correct size is to place a template over the outer bushing, which I think requires pulling the suspension apart to measure. Then you have to order the part.
Seems like there should be an easier way to know which is the correct size.

From what I can gather this solution would be installed in the upper and lower arms to achieve 1.5 degrees of adjustability. Installed in only one arm position the bush would create .75 degrees of adjustment. Some type of camber eccentric is required when you lower a LX platform vehicle to do the job right. These should work. I have been a bit puzzled by the bits we find on Chrysler vehicles as they don't always appear to match the build sheet. A Chrysler supplier that we have worked with on his personal Magnum explained the build process to us. What we were told is that if the bit required on the build sheet is not available at the time the vehicle is running down the line the assembly process dictates they substitute with an available bit. That change is not reflected on the build sheet.

At this time, I don't have enough experience with this platform to directly answer your question. Maybe we have a Chrysler tech that could tell us how to predictably determine which bit you need. My GUESS is that the HEMI and SRT8 versions require the larger bush. That is just a GUESS. I have asked our R & D people to respond to this question. As our R & D is in Australia, it is Saturday and they aren't answering the phone.

If I was going to tackle the job in my home shop my solution would be to order two sets each in both sizes with the intent of returning the incorrect size. Whatever the restocking fee, it would be a bargain compared to the frustration of having the wrong size or waiting while the car is torn down. I like to see the fruits of my labor yesterday and no mater what I order it is always the wrong bit.
