I was wondering this earlier when I saw you post this elsewhere Bernie: I don't know if mine went as close he could to the OEM specs, but I believe he set the alignment to his specs which are awesome.... let me go dig up the sheet and see how close it is to the revised Chrysler spec....

I am not kidding about the awesome job he did....

Here's a copy of mine... not in the Chrysler specs, but his specs, and of course all he could dial in since the car is without adjustable camber plates, and lowered with the coilovers around 2" (whatever the max drop is for the KW's in the rear, plus 1/2 inch more in front). Good response, no understeer in turns, just does what I ask of it on the deserted turns. Might scrub some tires on the inside.. maybe some smart alignment guys can chime in on proper lowered setups. The shop that did mine (Soulspeed.com) in Austin, is used to track cars....

Thanks Steve. I think it would be great if we had a specs resource to go to for both OEM and aftermarket suspensions. I don't know if they'd be the same or not. Truth is I've never done an alignment on mine, not even the 2005 revision. I will for sure when I mount my new front tires in the spring though.

Don't you have to drive it to get to the alignment shop??

Hehe

Yeah, Maybe some smart alignment techs will chime in. I will say with my combo and those specs, I have repeatedly ran, in my quest to at least slide my car a bit, an enter/exit speed of 50/80 mph in a 20mph recommended turn without sliding any or any noticeable understeer.

They were going to corner balance it, but felt it didn't need it. Maybe if I ever track the car or just feel like throwing money to them I'll do it.

Be great to have some track specs vs OEM/street specs posted.

Oh yeah. Forgot that important detail!...haha. I haven't driven it since my oil change in September. Next time it goes out is in a couple of weeks for another oil change with 9 km's on it since the last one.
