Car Shakes at 80 mph

Have anyone had this problem? I have a 2005 300 Limited and everytime I get up to 80mph on the highway my steering wheel starts to shake, anyone have any ideas, any speed below that the car drives smooth. I have the stock goodyear integrity tires could that be the problem?

Mine does the same thing and I have a SRT8. It could be a number of things. Balance, over torqued lugs, tire rods, or low inflation in tires. Start with tire inflation. Check it in the morning before you drive the car. If your PSI is good, goto the lugs. Get a torque wrench and loosen the lugs and torque them to I think 110ft/lbs. Check your manual for the proper torque on the Limited. If these two check out take the car to a good tire shop, not the dealer, this is where I am the dealer is the one who monkied my balance up. I got to get my tire guy to get it right next week. If it balances and that does not do it, it may be the GY's they do suck hind tit as well.

If that does not work, get "on the car" balancing done wich balances far more than the wheel/tire combo. It balances the rotor, hub, and anything else that rotates.

I bought a certified used 300C with 22K miles on it. After the required interval, I rotated the tires. I immediately developed shudder at highway speeds especially on a bend in the road. Turns out it was the tires (either had not been rotated properly or something) which were Conti's. I replaced them with Goodyears and they've been great for over 25K miles since.
