My KW's are junk, how about yours?

So my KW V2's are blown, atleast one of them... maybe two. I really loved the ride quality until suddenly my RF corner started diving into the ground during left hand turns. I figure they are supposed to be a reputable company so how bad can it be right? Yeah, right. So apparently I have to take my suspension back out, send it away at my expense... while my car is apart and I am on foot, and maybe they will fix it under warranty... maybe. Then they will send it back across the country, maybe a day... maybe a few days later... with the shipping COD. So I can miss day at work waiting to pay for my shocks back. I live on the East coast, it will take two weeks to go back and forth normal shipping, which will be expensive. Expedited shipping will cost a fortune.

I hate the very air that they breathe right now. I wish I had never bought one part for this car at the very least. So at the end, what I get for my money is nothing but a defective product and a HUGE nightmare. Ummmm, where is my car supposed to sit, torn apart, for a week or more you ask? No one cares, period. So good luck everybody who bought these shocks, you're gonna need it.

how about installing some of your old equipment back on while you wait for the repairs?

Has anyone else had a KW V2 strut fail?

I'm running them, as well. Rock solid, so far, on the road and on the track. I have about 27,000 miles on my set.

Unhappy I wish.

I too had the same thought initially, put the stock struts on. Problem is the car is almost 2" lower and will blow the stock rear struts to pieces, and the front would be raised back to stock. As we all know the rear springs are not even worth thinking about. I'll walk before I drop the entire cradle again, and then again to put the KW's back on. It's all too time consuming, and requires a lift. Thanks though.

I saw that too on LXForums.com. About 6 members are complaining but they didn't indicate that performance was affected.

Is it my KW's making that loud noise! - LX Forums Modern Mopar Muscle

Thumbs down

They couldn't care less. They said it would be $600.00 to buy one strut and make my life simple. Yes...$600.00. Can you say kick me when I'm down?
