another wheel/tire/drop ?

I'm new to the forum but I have to ask 2 questions, the first is will a 1.6f and 1.5 r drop kit work on my base 300 with 22x9.5 with a 265/35/22 tire on it? the 2nd question is will srt8 wheels fit on a base 300 with no problems? I had one of the guys at a wheel shop we deal with at work tell me that the srt8 offset is different than on a base and that the wheels will stick out past the fenders. Working for the dealership and looking at the suspensions I didnt see it but would rather be safe then sorry if I decide to change rims. tips, opinions, 2 cents are all welcome. thanks in advance
