One thing I do have to ask all of you guys on air is why you are using extra fittings for your sending units?

Some of you guys add 3 more fittings per sending unit... thats like 15 more fittings overall!!!

What i have been doing for years is drilling and tapping my t's for 1/8" npt.

I use a size R drill and a tap that i got at sears. The cost is minimal compared to the extra fittings you get.
