Install Springs Without a Hoist??

I have a set of Eibach Pro-kit ready to go on my car. My problem is, my mechanic just quit at his shop. He is now workign with heavy machinery. He is more then willing to come install my springs still (hes my gfs bestfriends boyfriend).
His concern is whether or not it can be done without a hoist. He said he's goign to look into the suspension on our cars. Just thought Id use teh knowledge on the board here and see what other people think or have experienced.

So my question is: Can a 300 (v6) be lowered without a hoist?

I asked around local shops and didnt get a quote of less then $400 to have them installed. Definatly not willing to pay that much just for labor.

Can definitely be done without a hoist. Jack and jack stands is all you need (as well as tools to do the job).

A hoist just makes the job easier and gets you off your back and backside .

Put two different sets of coil overs on my last car plus went back to stock all in the driveway with a jack and jackstands.
