update

So I got the rear on air and im here to report my findings...

Routing airlines in the rear is a B!TCH. I ended up going from the rear of the trunk around the side and then over the rear cradle to the bag.

I had to modify the cups for slam specialties re5 so I chopped em down. Because of this I also had to chop down the post that the spring nests on... Not a biggie.

Lift in the rear isn't huge

Speed is slow but then I am comparing to my ram that also had 1/2" fill and dumps as well as 10 gallons of air and an EDC.

It takes a TON of psi to raise the rear which to me moves slower then grass grows.

Rolling fenders sucks. Cracked paint on both rear lips because im impatient and or I just don't care.

I do know that I need to figure out a better way to route the rear airline as well as the airline to the front. Im also going to move the valves to a different location because the current spot just isn't working for me.

I also have some maintenance to do because I have a sticky fill valve that I think may need to be rebuilt or just cleaned up and inspected.

How did you guys route your rear air line... Pics are always nice! Im also thinking of just moving the valves outside the car. Inside just isn't cutting it because the wiring looks like hell as does my tubing.

oh well this is the end of my rant.

In my cavalier that I bagged I made a false floor and mounted the valves underneath. This also makes it easy to clean up the air lines because you can have them come right up from under the tank and into the port fittings.

Here are some pictures

I used two 90's at the tank so i only made two holes in the trunk, i have two lines going to the back where it splits into four line with two tees...
all 8 valves and the tees in the middle

What I think I am going to do is pull my rear valves out of the trunk and mount the assembly behind the bumper. I was worried about them freezing in the winter but by then I will probably get a beater and garage my baby.

Everything else is good.

Tanks are mounted nicely as are compressors (which I still need to tighten down.

The board the valves are on is clean.

How are you guys routing the lines to the rear bags?

Are you guys going over the rear cradle because it seems as tho it makes sense to do it this way.

Looks great! We're finishing up my buddies air this next weekend on his Charger. Wait until I post pics of the way he routed his airlines/fittings. It's UNBELIEVABLE! I can't believe how clean it's coming out. We had great practice on mine.

I'll post the link to the thread here when it's finished.
