The car has had about 12,000km's put on it with those springs from the previous owner, the rear shocks and front struts are still OK, the ride is rough though as you would expect, wouldn't recommend for a daily or taking on holidays. Not sure if they sell K-Mac over there, my mate just bought a set of eibach springs and fitted them, not as low as mine but IMO they make a better spring, I will more than likely upgrade to them myself in the near future

12,000km is about 7500 miles.. that not a long enough time (in my opinion) to say if the shocks will give up on you or not

however, i believe flossin22s had 2" drop springs for 30,000 miles and he was ok with his OEM shocks,...

Yeah it doesn't seems like not a long time but remember in this short period of time the OEM shocks have copped a hammering on my car, How do I know? I seen the evidence on the bumpstop on the shocks plus........I am a mechanic

Yeah it should but it hasn't yet, still plenty or cusioning there, just the bump stops look like pancakes

1" to 1.5" should be spot on and rides great after riding in my mates fitted with eibach springs over OEM shocks IMO
