From my experience the only real difference between US and alot of out-of-country cars is that the rear on the out of country cars all have the self leveling shocks. From this pic it looks like one is from the front side of the front suspension and the other is from the back side of the front suspension. (hense the calipers, steering etc being on the other side of lower control arms.)
