Got the EP2113 and front radius rod bushing installed EP6567 installed by
my local chrysler dealer.
I can honestly say, that if you are considering any upgrade, do yourself
a favor and at least get the bump steer bushings!!!
There is a stretch of expressway on the way home that use to make it
feel as if I needed to balance the tires. In fact I was taking the car to discount tire often to get the tires balanced thinking the problem was with the tires. It wasn't until I drove through this over and over and noticed the vibrations weren't constant. Eventually found the "ripples" in the road that produced the vibrations felt in the steering. Never noticed in either of
the hondas (had an accord, but now a pilot), but always in the 300C. Not anymore! This is completely gone now!!! I drove back out and went over it again just to be sure!
There's a right hand turn at a traffic light off of the exit that I get off.
It has a bump in the middle that always made the car skip. It is
completely gone!!!!
Even better, a strip of road that I drive everyday that has very uneven
pavement used to make the steering wheel dance in my hands. Not
anymore!!!
This kit has eliminated the dancing steering wheel syndrome!!!!!!!
I can only imagine how good this car could be if I did more. I am
considering a spring/damper upgrade next.
how hard is it to install these? I used to have lowering springs and hated the steering wheel shakes, so I went with an airbag suspension setup and it didnt do it anymore. now, I have taken the air suspension off and going back with lowering springs and new shocks, this looks like an interesting thing to have. Right now would be a good time to add this because my car is sitting on jack stands with all of the suspension out waiting a few more days until my new shocks and struts come in.
