Need help from any 300 C V8 member

Hi all.
I want to install rear swaybar for my 2007 touring.I have to order some parts from dealer like (end linkage,bushing,...) .The big problem is they ask for a VIN number. They not accept my VIN# because those parts for V8 model like 300C only(mine is V6).So any member here could give me a VIN# from your 300C then I can buy those parts. I'm waitng for good new.
Thanks alot
Briant

Sounds like your "dealer" is a moron or an a$$hole. Since when do you have to own a car to buy parts? You should be able to get the parts just by just giving the parts numbers.

The VIN has nothing to do whether you own the car or not. It's a number located on the car that is the best way to identify the car; it's also CYA for the dealership. The VIN eliminates any confusion as to what the car is.
