Master Image Customers Air Ride Kit

Hi Everyone,

In the market for an air ride kit, and I know many of you here use UAS, which seems to be a great product.

While surfing the web, I came accross masterimagecustoms.com, they seem to sell a complete bolt on kit that consists of an air cylinder in the front and the typical set up bag/cup in the rear.

You can go to myspace.com/masterimagecustoms to see some of their work.

It seems that their kit goes pretty damn low in the rear/along with front/and has much more lift than the set up you can get using a bag/fact strut in the front.

See for yourself, but I thought I would ask to see if anyone has heard or dealt with this company and/or reliability of product.

Thanks

front setup consists of a 6" cylinder

Cylinder generally ride like poop IMO. Go for a ride in a canned civic and you will understand.

Out back they use a setup similar to UAS but with a different bag. They run a RE5 or a firestone bag. It gets more lift but with too much lift it will actually rub in the rear.

If lift is a concern I would go with hydraulics and get a 2 pump 4 dump 2 battery setup with accumulators. If installed correctly it is just as safe and reliable as bags and the ride can be softened by the accumulators. Contact UAS and they can point you in the right direction because I know they also did or still do hydraulics installs as well.
