took mine nearly 2 weeks to settle in.. and the drop was only about an inch

did you buy them new, and are you sure they aren't the magnum springs? the magnum springs are 2 inches longer than the 300..

but I like the rake your car has... JMO

Just like the other guy said, the springs may not be settled yet. I also had a weird noise when mine were first installed. As far as the rear springs, mine also have a larger wheel gap in the back versus the front. I'm pretty positive that the weight distribution is the cause (engine ofcourse being the predominant factor in this case).

Noise is gone, maybe some creaking sounds once in awhile though. The picture in my sig doesn't show the rear gap that good. I'll try to post you a better pic. Your front gap does appear a little larger than normal, but like some of us has mention you showed wait awhile. It wont take long for the springs to settled.

Thanks man. It's kinda funny cause I've been looking at your sig for a few days now trying to get more ideas.
How much did the front hood job cost you?
Did you have your door handles colormatched or did you swap with someone?
BTW, beautiful ride....I'm envious.

well the hood was done at the same time I painted the car matte black, but the cost of the lids, welding, filling repainting is about $500 total...

I swapped my Chrome door handles for black last year, so when the car was repainted they where paintable (where the chrome isn't really) and they are 3-toned, Matte Black and Gloss Black (strip) and Silver Steele pin stripe.

sorry for the thread jack...

If you have the self leveling nivomat shocks, your rear will lift up like that, you need the basic shocks so that it will sit down.
