Can the base model use the SRT8 sways n brushing??
Can the base model use anyother cars stock suspension?

I'm fairly sure the answer is yes, but I'm sure someone with experience in changing such components will come along eventually.

I am fairly sure you can use the sway bars, but you will need to buy rear endlinks.

About another car's suspension, what other car do you have in mind?

touring, 300c and of course the srt8....

im just wondering if there all interchangable...

Most of the time with the model of a car, the part numbers and specs will be different, but the application is the same. Shouldn't have any problems with swapping part from say a srt8 or a touring, what you have happen sometimes is that the ride characteristics change because the car was not originally set up for that type of suspension. I know with my srt4 the base and regular neons use the factory springs from my car to actually lower their cars. So it is possible but again the characteristics of the cars suspension change
