Cut springs???

I just had my eibach springs installed and the car doesn't sit as low as I'd like it too. I also just ordered my 22" wheels is it possible to cut a coil off of each one of the springs or will it not work and if it will, will the ride be worse off ? And if I did cut a coil would I have a rubbing issue with my 22's?

This has been discussed in the past and the overwhelming consensus is DON'T DO IT!

(Referring to Flossin's statement)
