hose hanging off front bumper cover?

I'm taking it in Monday to get this fixed, but I'm curious... I scraped my front lip on a cement block at the front of a parking spot, which cracked a few clips off the bumper cover. Apparently it also damaged whatever contraption is next to the foglights (brake vents?) as well, as they are loose in the holes. The foglights also no longer turn on. But there is a strange black hose hanging loose underneath - anyone know what it might be? Is it from the brake vents?

Never mind...figured it out when I put windshield washer fluid in today and it spilled right out onto the ground.

Oops! Well, sorry you didn't get a reply... except the hard way At least it was something relatively harmless.
Good luck getting it all put right again!

My 5.7L has a little black hose hanging through a hole in the lower bumper fascia that connects to the radiator drain valve.

I'm just excited to have the bumper back on the right way after today...I've been driving it with a little gap. I don't even know that anyone else would notice it, but as you know, when it's your own car you cringe when you see anything even a little bit off.
